This special course showcases the essence of Mie, featuring renowned ingredients such as Matsusaka beef and Ise lobster. Additionally, the course includes meticulously selected dishes like the aromatic 'Ise Charcoal Sea Bream', known for its delicate taste due to its specialized feed containing bamboo charcoal, and the flavorful 'Kumano Chicken', celebrated for its robust texture and flavor. Other highlights include the 'Harenohi Tomato', a notable selection from the 'Mie Food Selection', and the succulent 'Yume Shitake' mushrooms that are thick and juicy.
