Hollyland Unveils Advanced Wireless Intercom System for Broadcasting and Events

Hollyland Launches New Wireless Intercom System

Hollyland has officially introduced a groundbreaking wireless intercom system aimed at revolutionizing communication in various professional settings. This innovative system is designed not only for broadcasting and live events but also for industrial applications.

Key Features of the New Intercom System

The core of Hollyland's new solution is the Geo Station, a highly versatile hub that enables seamless connectivity with up to 80 wireless transmitters without the need for additional licenses. This significantly enhances flexibility and adaptability for production teams.

One of the most remarkable advancements is the system's cascading roaming technology, which extends wireless coverage to over 4 million square meters, or approximately equivalent to 560 football fields. This vast reach is crucial for large-scale events where communication must be uninterrupted and reliable.

The Geo Station incorporates Dante integration and features four network ports, minimizing hardware requirements by removing the need for extra audio interfaces. This not only reduces rack space but also streamlines installation, all while ensuring that independent audio channels are maintained for each unique group.

Solidcom H1: A Flexible Communication Tool

The Solidcom H1 system is engineered to offer a flexible implementation model, functioning independently or in conjunction with the Geo Station. It can accommodate up to 30 portable transmitters in standalone mode, which can then be expanded to 80 when linked to the Geo Station. This adaptability makes it an ideal choice for productions of various scales, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity in diverse filming or operational environments.

Meeting Modern Production Needs

Dave Liu, the head of Hollyland's R&D center, highlighted how this system is specifically engineered to meet the evolving demands of large production teams dispersed across various locations. The modular architecture means user capacity can be tailored based on specific project requirements, without sacrificing performance or efficiency.

The portable transmitters seamlessly connect to remote radio units and the Geo Station, enabling their deployment in even the most challenging environments. The integration of cloud calling technology further enhances real-time communication capabilities, which transcend physical location limitations, allowing teams to operate cohesively across considerable distances.

Industry-Leading Capabilities

Hollyland's wireless intercom solutions boast multiple industry-first advantages. The expandable capacity from 30 to 80 transmitters meets the needs of small sets as well as extensive live productions on a robust 1.9 GHz frequency band. A single Solidcom ANT01 unit provides an open-field coverage radius of 500 meters. When cascading additional units, the system can create a fluid, large-scale wireless communication network.

For efficient coordination among teams, the smart group management feature allows operators to save, assign, and switch between up to 100 predefined communication groups. This is particularly beneficial in fast-paced workplaces, ensuring that teams can collaborate effectively. Even in smaller setups, the system supports up to 12 independent groups per ANT01 unit.

Enhanced Mobility and Usability

Beyond its adaptability, the system includes fully integrated cloud access. Up to two Geo Stations can manage the connectivity of 80 portable transmitters, while three Solidcom ANT01s can efficiently manage 30 transmitters. This setup grants remote coordinators, directors, or technicians the ability to participate flexibly from various locations. The system also facilitates real-time diagnostics and technical support, allowing authorized users to access configurations via a secure web browser, enabling troubleshooting without the need for on-site intervention.

Dave Liu concluded, "Our aim with this new series is to provide a truly scalable and flexible wireless communication platform to users worldwide, free from geographical constraints."
