Upcoming Medical Seminar in Tokyo Aimed at Future Doctors on September 13

Upcoming Medical Seminar in Tokyo

On September 13, 2023, the renowned medical preparatory school, Medical Lab, part of the Kawaguchi Exam Group, will host a special seminar titled "To Those Aspiring to Be Doctors." This event is designed for students in junior high, senior high, and their parents who are interested in becoming physicians.

A Dual Approach: Clinical Realities & Exam Preparation

As medical school admissions increasingly rely on comprehensive and school recommendation selection, it's crucial for applicants to clarify their motivations in preparation for interviews and personal statements.

Recognizing the importance of understanding both clinical realities and examination strategies, Medical Lab has organized this comprehensive two-part seminar. The first segment features Dr. Masatomi Ikusaka, a leading expert in general medicine, who has also served as a supervisor for several medical dramas. He will share his personal experiences with misdiagnoses, providing valuable lessons on the role of a clinical physician in today’s uncertain world.

In the second segment, Yoshitomo Kani, the Head of Academic Affairs at Medical Lab, will offer insights based on his extensive experience guiding over 10,000 students to medical school acceptance. He will focus on effective tactics for succeeding in medical school entrance examinations, including interview strategies.

This seminar provides a unique opportunity for young students and their parents to simultaneously learn about clinical practice while gaining essential exam preparation tactics. We encourage you to share information about this event in your publications, and we welcome media coverage and interviews.
