Just Bare and FX's 'The Bear' Introduce an Exclusive Culinary Experience in New York City
Just Bare® Partners with FX's 'The Bear' for a Unique Dining Experience
In an exciting culinary collaboration, Just Bare® has teamed up with FX's acclaimed series, 'The Bear,' to present an exclusive dining event titled Chef's Edit. This unique experience will be available for one day only on June 18, 2026, at the Meatpacking Collective in New York City, ahead of the series' much-anticipated fifth and final season premiere on June 25.
The event draws inspiration from the beloved family meal tradition depicted in 'The Bear.' Attendees will enjoy a character-driven menu created by Chef Courtney Storer, who serves as the culinary producer for the show. This immersive experience aims to celebrate the intersection of storytelling and food, showcasing how dishes can reflect personalities and narratives from the series.
A Taste of the Show
Chef Storer has designed a menu that features five remarkable dishes, each thoughtfully inspired by key characters in 'The Bear.' Just Bare® chicken features as the central ingredient across all creations. Dishes include Chicken Piccata, reflecting Carmy's journey of reinvention, and a Spring Pea Crème Fraiche inspired by Tina's unwavering determination. Other characters like Syd, Richie, and Marcus are also represented in the menu, creating a dining experience that’s not just about taste but also storytelling.
"The process of developing this menu allowed me to express one of the most powerful aspects of food: its storytelling capability," Storer expressed. "Every dish reflects a character's essence and their relationship within 'The Bear.' Utilizing high-quality Just Bare® chicken gave us the freedom to innovate while ensuring authenticity to the narrative."
What Awaits Guests
The Chef's Edit event will run from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM ET, featuring an open-format kitchen and communal dining setup that encourages connection among guests—mirroring the collaborative spirit of the show. Reservations can be made through Eventbrite, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests must be 21 years or older for this limited seating event, so early booking is recommended to secure a spot at this exclusive gathering.
Nationwide Expansion with Meal Kits
For those unable to attend in person, Just Bare® is expanding the experience with nationwide meal kits available for purchase beginning June 25.
