This project is a collaboration with the building owner, Hulic Corporation, who sought to optimize the revenue potential of their office building located in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward.

Background of the Project


The building initially had a tenant that vacated due to the precinct's redevelopment plans. However, the unique layout of the office made it challenging to find a new tenant. In response, NEX proposed converting the building into a shared office space, and the company has now taken on the responsibility of both the operation and overall management of the site. This initiative is part of NEX's broader strategy to enhance the value of operational assets, regardless of whether they are newly built or older structures.

THE HUB Kudan-shita boasts a prime location right at the front of exit 7 of the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, making it easily accessible.
