LG Innotek Prepares for CES 2026 with Future Car Innovations and AI-Driven Mobility Solutions
On December 16, 2025, LG Innotek, led by CEO Moon Hyuksoo, announced its participation in CES 2026, scheduled to take place from January 6 to 9 in Las Vegas. The company will forefront a diverse range of innovative mobility solutions that emphasize the integration of autonomous driving and electric vehicle technologies. At this year's event, LG Innotek aims to present itself as a pivotal player in the rapidly evolving landscape of future mobility, showcasing 35 core components within its exhibition, all positioned to meet the demands of this new era.
CES 2026 will host global innovators in the consumer electronics space, and LG Innotek is set to display its products at the Las Vegas Convention Center's West Hall. The overarching theme of LG Innotek's exhibition will focus on future mobility solutions, specifically highlighting the growing importance of 'turnkey solutions' that seamlessly blend hardware and AI-based software to enhance user experience. This strategic shift from traditional component displays to integrated mobility solutions positions LG Innotek as a customer-centric partner in the automotive sector.
Among the key attractions will be two vehicle mockups: one for an autonomous driving concept car and another for an electric vehicle, each featuring advanced technological integrations. For the autonomous driving display, visitors will see 20 components related to advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) that address both interior and exterior vehicle functionalities, such as sensing mechanisms, communication systems, and lighting features. These products collectively demonstrate LG Innotek's core strengths in developing AIDV technologies, which represent the forefront of the modern automotive landscape.
In particular, LG Innotek has tailored its solutions to meet the unexpressed needs of both manufacturers and drivers. Featured prominently in the mockup is the groundbreaking 'Under-Display Camera Module,' which exemplifies the company’s commitment to innovation. Furthermore, the company's Next-Generation Digital Key Solution integrates sophisticated technologies, including child presence detection, setting it apart in the marketplace.
The safety of autonomous driving is further bolstered by exterior sensing devices on display, like the 'Active Cleaning Camera Module,' which utilizes advanced AI-driven software for enhanced lens-clearing functions, along with cutting-edge frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) LiDAR and radar systems. These innovations aim to minimize operational hazards, paving the way for safer autonomous vehicle experiences.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the autonomous driving system firsthand from both the driver's seat and the front passenger seat of the concept car, with support from a large signage display that visually narrates the capabilities of LG Innotek's sensing technologies in a simulated environment.
Additionally, the electric vehicle mockup will showcase 15 power and motor components, prominently featuring the 'B-Link,' a pioneering development that combines a Wireless Battery Management System (BMS) with a Battery Junction Box (BJB). This integration underscores LG Innotek's distinct proficiency in designing and constructing high-performance electric vehicle components.
CEO Moon Hyuksoo articulated that CES 2026 represents a key milestone for LG Innotek's aspirations in the future mobility domain. He stated, "We will leverage this event to reaffirm our leadership position in manufacturing solutions for future mobility. Our ongoing efforts will focus on creating innovative products that provide significant value to our customers, establishing us as the trusted technology partner propelling them towards their visions of the future."
To keep stakeholders informed, LG Innotek plans to launch a dedicated 'CES 2026' page on its website, featuring updates on their exhibits and live coverage from the event floor. This initiative will ensure that followers and industry enthusiasts remain connected with the latest advancements showcased by LG Innotek at this flagship technology event.
