The Shinryoku Parfait is priced at 2,200 yen for the dessert alone and 2,530 yen when paired with a drink. It embodies the essence of spring with a beautifully balanced combination of the deep, bitter flavors of Uji matcha and the unique fragrance and tartness of the NADESHIKO DROPS strawberries.

At the base of the parfait lies a refreshing jelly made of cinnamon and vanilla, complemented by the tartness of cranberries. The middle section features a rich Uji matcha genoise cake layered with chewy matcha warabi mochi, alongside two types of ice cream - one infused with matcha and the other with a delightful strawberry-mascarpone blend. This clever layering creates a dynamic contrast of sweetness and bitterness.
