From June 17 to August 17, 2025, two of Zeton's vibrant restaurants, 韓国カフェ イヨサンソウル in Chiba and 金山ソウル in Nagoya, will be hosting a special Cold Noodle Fair to celebrate this beloved Korean dish.

These restaurants are part of the Zeton Group, which diversifies its offerings from dining experiences to community projects, all under the guidance of the dynamic CEO Daisuke Kikuchi. The fair introduces three unique cold noodle dishes, each creatively crafted to provide a perfect culinary escape from the summer heat.

1. Minari and Lemon Cold Noodles (1,350 yen)
Experience a refreshing combination of crispy minari (water celery) and the tantalizing zesty taste of fresh lemon. This dish offers a burst of refreshing flavors that is definitely a highlight for summer days, and the aromatic notes of minari bring a distinct charm to this light yet satisfying meal.

2. Bibim Noodles (1,280 yen)
For those who crave bold flavors, this dish features authentic spicy bibim noodles with a sweet and spicy gochujang-based sauce that clings to the chewy noodles. It's a dish that provides a delightful satisfaction and pairs excellently with various meat dishes, thanks to its addictive spice.

3. Perilla Cold Noodles (1,100 yen)
Featured in a relaxing bowl is the trending Ego-ma MacGuksu which incorporates perilla oil and powder, leading to a rich yet refreshing taste. This cold noodle provides a whole new experience, accentuating the natural flavors of perilla leaves while offering a perfect soothing option for the hot summer days.
