FutureCeuticals Lawsuit Against Aura Scientific for Patent Infringement

The complaint alleges that Aura's brain performance supplement, NeuroRush, which is derived from whole coffee fruit extract, infringes multiple patents owned by FutureCeuticals. The lawsuit seeks reparations for damages incurred, a declaration of intentional infringement, and a complete halt to the sale of the infringing ingredient.
