Dive into the unique flavors of Kyushu, featuring dishes such as the "Thick Cut Charcoal-Grilled Bonito Sashimi" sourced from the picturesque Yamakawa Port in Kagoshima and the renowned "Natural Horse Mackerel" from the top-notch processing company, Genten. This festival promises to bring together the best of Kyushu's seafood.

In addition, enjoy the delicious "Boiled Shirasu" from Miyazaki and the famous mentaiko sushi from the long-standing Kanefuku of Fukuoka. The festival truly showcases the rich culinary heritage of Kyushu. For dessert lovers, there's a sweet surprise with "Okinawan Brown Sugar Sweets!" like the "Brown Sugar Sata Andagi & Vanilla"—perfect for a taste of the tropics!
