Recent upgrades to the Changzhou site include the introduction of an intelligent production line dedicated to small generators, the implementation of a new smart warehousing system, and significant modernization efforts on the medium to large generator assembly lines. Additionally, automatic guided vehicles and a manufacturing execution system have been integrated, paving the way for improved operational efficiencies.

These technological advancements have already begun to yield results, as evidenced by a doubling of revenue from shipments out of the Changzhou facility since 2020. Moreover, the first-pass yield rate—an crucial metric indicating production efficiency—has seen a substantial increase from 93% to 98%. Such improvements are pivotal as Rehlko aims to expand its backup power offering without physically enlarging the manufacturing footprint.

Other facilities, such as those in Colmar and Cholet, France, as well as Kenosha in the U.S., will also see increased capabilities and improvements in their manufacturing processes. Future plans include acquisitions in 2025, aimed at amplifying Rehlko's service offerings in the UK and enhancing their global manufacturing presence.
