Naomi Kosh brings a wealth of experience as a partner at Nishimura & Asahi Law Offices and previously at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York. She has served as an external director for SoftBank and as an external auditor for the Mitsubishi Research Institute. A graduate of Hokkaido University and Harvard Law School, Kosh is a lawyer licensed in New York and California.

Kaoru Matsuzawa established a law firm in partnership after parting from Mori Hamada & Matsumoto Law Offices. She serves as an external director for Plaid and as Vice President of the General Incorporated Association for Japanese Startup Auditors, and was Vice Mayor of Shibuya Ward. Matsuzawa, who graduated from Keio University Law School and Harvard Law School, is also a licensed attorney in New York, further enhancing the expertise of OnBoard.
