Nagarro Announces Strong Q1 2026 Performance with 6.5% Revenue Growth

Nagarro, a global leader in AI transformation and engineering, has recently presented its financial report for the first quarter of 2026, showcasing a revenue growth of 6.5% compared to last year, when adjusted for constant currency. This growth is indicative of the company’s robust position in the market and its ongoing commitment to innovation in AI technologies. The revenue for Q1 2026 reached €248.1 million, which reflects a modest rise of 0.9% from the previous quarter’s €245.9 million. Notably, when compared to the same quarter in the prior year, this revenue increases by 0.5% or 1.2% based on constant currency conditions.

In conjunction with this revenue growth, Nagarro's Gross Profit also saw an increase, climbing to €77.4 million for Q1 2026 from €75.5 million for the same period in 2025, resulting in a Gross Margin rise to 31.2% from 30.6%. The Adjusted EBITDA showed significant growth, rising to €31.2 million from €30.2 million, which translates to an Adjusted EBITDA margin increase to 12.6%. The EBITDA itself escalated impressively by 17.4% from €33.0 million to €38.8 million, driven largely by a smaller increase in costs related to stock-based compensation.

Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) also enhanced, increasing from €24.1 million in Q1 2025 to €30.0 million in Q1 2026. The net income demonstrated significant improvement with an increase from €11.2 million to €19.2 million year over year, portraying a 70.7% growth rate. This growth reflects Nagarro's successful strategies in converting multiple implementation projects into stable, long-term managed services contracts.

Despite the positive results, the cash flow from operations dipped to -€0.3 million compared to €37.5 million from the previous year, attributed mainly to increased working capital requirements. However, the company remains confident with cash reserves at €112.6 million. Nagarro showed steady investment in human capital as well, adding a net of 540 new professionals, totaling 18,543 employees as of March 31, 2026.

Manas Human, Nagarro's Co-Founder and CEO, expressed satisfaction with the company's performance: "Our growth in the first quarter aligned with expectations. We are advancing as a company focused on AI transformation and enhancing our advisory capabilities to become a trusted partner in our customers' AI journeys." This growth journey seems to affirm Nagarro's commitment to delivering fluid, innovative solutions that aid clients in becoming competitive in their respective markets.
