NBA 2K27 Unveils New Features in Major Event

2K hosted a groundbreaking event titled "Presentation Breakdown: NBA 2K27 Game Information" where they showcased a wealth of exciting details about the highly anticipated game. Notably, the early access date for players who pre-order the Deluxe or Ultra Editions has been moved up to August 27, 2026, at 1 AM JST.

A newly designed environment with improved aesthetics responds to community suggestions and there will also be casual play areas for new players to enjoy simpler formats like 3v3 or 5v5 matches.

Return of Fan-Favorite Modes

Street Kings makes its return with an exciting twist, challenging players against a legendary boss known as the Court Crusher during matches. Daily Rivals pits 40 similarly-skilled players against each other, rewarding participation and top performers with exclusive rewards.

MyCareer Updates

The MyCareer mode now allows players to select a historical era from five iconic NBA periods, modifying rosters and rules to fit the chosen timeline. Players will get to experience a new narrative called “Fire and Concrete,” spanning 11 chapters that detail the journey from high school to the NBA, with Vince Staples appearing in a supporting role.
