Top Gun Technician Excellence – This course, hosted on March 31-April 1, 2026, will be conducted by Shaun Weiss, head coach and trainer at BDR. Its focus will be on enhancing technicians' customer communication skills and establishing effective service delivery procedures, which are crucial for reducing callbacks and increasing referrals.
BDR's Matt MacArthur, senior vice president of training and marketing, expressed excitement about the collaboration, highlighting the positive impact and engaging experiences these classes have delivered in the past. According to him, the training is expected to empower HVAC teams as they enter a new year.
