Delicious Limited-Time Special Mixed Noodle Dish from Kyushu Chikuho Ramen Group

Kyushu Chikuho Ramen Group Unveils Limited-Time Special Noodles!

Starting April 6, 2026, Kyushu Chikuho Ramen Group, a division of YS Food Corporation, will launch its much-anticipated limited-time menu featuring the Special Mixed Noodles and Mentaiko Mayo Green Onion Gyoza at selected locations.

Crafting Tradition with a Homemade Twist

In a bid to refine their unique ramen experience, the group has developed the Special Mixed Noodles using their secret homemade sauce—crafted after numerous iterations by their dedicated development team. As temperatures rise in the spring season, this dish offers a refreshing yet robust culinary experience.

The philosophy behind this creation is to focus on the harmony of flavors between the sauce and noodles. The chefs aspired to pour all their energy into every aroma and taste, allowing the natural qualities of the ingredients to shine without the barrier of broth. This is a dish where the quality of ingredients speaks for itself.

The development journey involved meticulous selection and testing of ingredients, culminating in the successful execution of a rich, well-balanced sauce, which embodies the essence of Kyushu Chikuho. The result is a delightful mix that’s both flavorful and satisfying.

Menu Highlights

Special Mixed Noodles

“Crisp and vibrant—each bite brings joy as flavors meld together with a delightful texture!”
The stars of this dish are the homemade secret sauce and the robust noodles designed to encapsulate the richness of meat flavors blended with hints of garlic and sesame. Every mouthful bursts with umami thanks to the unique oils added, complemented by the fresh crunch of raw onions.

  • - Pricing: ¥990 for one serving / ¥1,190 for two servings (tax inclusive, pricing may vary by region).

Experience the perfect finale of flavor with the Chasing Rice technique. After finishing the noodles, add warm rice to the bowl, soaking up the remaining rich sauce and toppings, resulting in the ultimate satisfying conclusion to your meal.

Mentaiko Mayo Green Onion Gyoza

“A long-awaited comeback, this dish brings the beloved taste of mentaiko to the forefront!”
Once a fan-favorite, this gyoza includes juicy fillings and a rich homemade sauce made with Fukuoka's prized mentaiko, topped with vibrant, fresh green onions. The blend of mentaiko’s deep umami and creamy mayonnaise creates an exhilarating taste in every bite. This dish perfectly complements ramen or pairs side by side with your favorite drink, elevating it beyond just an accompaniment.

  • - Pricing: ¥520 (tax inclusive, price may vary by region).

Words from the Development Team

“Our mission was to create a sauce that perfectly clings to the noodles. After multiple rounds of testing, we landed on a final product that elevates each ingredient's character while bringing depth to the ‘homemade’ flavor. We invite you to experience the rich umami that combines sauce and noodles beautifully. Don’t forget to mix and match table condiments for your own unique taste variations!”
