IMG Opens Applications for the 2025 Leave Your Mark Grant

The International Medical Group (IMG) has announced the launch of its ninth annual Leave Your Mark Grant. Designed to support impactful initiatives, this grant encourages mission and social good organizations to apply for funding. Applications opened on August 1, 2025, and will remain open until September 12, 2025, allowing ample time for dedicated groups and individuals to present their proposals.

In this year's grant cycle, IMG will award a total of five winners: two mission-focused organizations and three individuals actively involved in volunteer service or mission trips. Each of the chosen organizations will receive a grant of $3,500, while the individual recipients will be awarded $1,000 each. The financial support is aimed at aiding these groups and individuals in expanding their outreach and enhancing their social impact.

To be considered for the Leave Your Mark Grant, applicants must submit either a 500-word essay or a three-minute video that showcases their mission. This submission should highlight the importance of their work, outline the challenges they are addressing, and explain how the grant will bolster their initiatives. IMG has emphasized that they are continually inspired by the remarkable efforts showcased by applicants each year. Past winners of the Leave Your Mark Grant have utilized their funds to promote significant changes in their communities. For instance, Mission of Hope, a winner last year, effectively used their grant to support a nutrition program in Haiti, providing sustenance to 350 children for an entire year. Similarly, GAIA Vaccine Foundation, another recipient, contributed to free HIV testing for over 1,000 expectant mothers across West Africa.

The individual winners from the previous year applied their grants in various impactful projects, including farming education initiatives in Kenya, religious mission work along the Amazon River, and caring for orphaned children with disabilities in Ukraine. These success stories demonstrate the meaningful contributions that the Leave Your Mark Grant fosters in addressing global social issues.
