From September 1 to December 31, 2026, Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, located in Tokyo's Minato ward, invites you to indulge in the diverse flavors of Japanese whiskey at the 'Journey of Japanese Whiskey Fair'. This event showcases the unique craftsmanship of distilleries across Japan, offering tastings in a modern lounge and bar named 'JUNCTION', designed with a hint of Kabuki art.
In 'JUNCTION', a space where people and culture intersect, whiskeys from Hokkaido to Kyushu await to be discovered. Signature selections such as Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Hibiki are featured, alongside renowned names like Yoichi, Miyagikyo, Togouchi, Mitake, and Tokyo Whiskey. Attendees can curate their own tasting experience by choosing three different varieties to explore the rich flavors and aromas that each region offers. The fair guarantees not only a delightful taste journey but also an insightful experience into the local cultures and the meticulous ethos of each distillery.
In celebration of the hotel's 8th anniversary, attendees can also enjoy a changing display of bonsai that complements the whiskey tasting. Each week, the exhibit will highlight different types of bonsai that further enhance the experience of appreciating Japanese aesthetics.
