From June 1 to June 30, 2025, The Capitol Hotel Tokyu in Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, will unveil its ORIGAMI Curry Selection. This unique event is tailored to embrace the refreshing essence of early summer, spotlighting rich and spicy flavors.

Crafted with care by the hotel’s skilled chefs, the selection features an impressive lineup of six distinct curries, including three exclusive newcomers: ORIGAMI Keema Curry, Noto Pork Spicy Curry, and Grilled Vegetables with Millet Rice Soup Curry. These dishes highlight the intrinsic flavors of the ingredients, ensuring an unparalleled culinary experience.

A Delectable Dish Line-up



  • - ORIGAMI Keema Curry (¥4,554): This rich curry is made with slow-cooked onions harmonizing with a proprietary spice blend. The dish boasts a deep, savory roux that envelopes coarsely ground beef. Accompanied by ratatouille and a soft-boiled egg, this culinary creation delivers delightful flavor transformations with each bite.

  • - Noto Pork Spicy Curry (¥4,807): After years of development by Executive Chef Sogabe, this secret recipe is now available. With only onions, ginger, and spices in the roux, the dish delivers a perfect blend of sweetness and umami. Topped with fragrant grilled Noto pork, it is a simple yet indulgent experience.

  • - Grilled Vegetables with Millet Rice Soup Curry (¥4,301): Tender vegetables are sautéed over low heat, infused with custom spices to draw out their flavors. Located on the third floor, ORIGAMI provides a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere perfect for both lunch and dinner, operating from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM (last order at 2:30 PM) and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (last order at 9:00 PM).
