Guests can indulge in a range of exquisite dishes featuring fresh seasonal ingredients, crafted to emphasize their natural flavors. Here’s a sneak peek into some of the menu highlights available exclusively at Akasaka Umaya:
- - Fried Fugu and Taro: Featuring rich, sweet Fugu from Hokkaido, combined with perfectly fried taro and complemented with refreshing Oita-produced kabosu citrus。
- - Aged Egg and Autumn Eggplant Ajillo: A tantalizing dish that presents meltingly tender autumn eggplant infused with the spicy flavors of Hakata mentai (cod roe), sizzling in hot olive oil, making it a perfect match with baguette.
