To celebrate this milestone, starting September 2, 2026, the restaurant will introduce a special dining experience known as the "Anniversary Plan." The Anniversary Plan, priced at ¥12,000, is a seasonal treat that begins with a stunning appetizer plate styled like a bouquet, showcasing the harvest of figs, pumpkins, and other autumn delights. Following this vibrant starter, guests will enjoy a scrumptious pasta dish featuring seasonal mushrooms and pancetta paired with house-made linguine. Every bite is crafted to deliver a rich, aromatic experience that encapsulates the essence of fall.

The highlight of the meal is a juicy beef sirloin, perfectly poached and served with a rich gravy that complements the meat's natural flavors, ensuring a satisfying main course. To conclude this culinary journey, the dessert offers a panna cotta enriched with sake lees, accompanied by a rosemary-infused red grape compote and a refreshing seasonal grape sorbet.
