Yosuke Inaba's Landmark Achievement at the 45th Abilympics
Tokyo Business Services Inc. is thrilled to announce that its employee,
Yosuke Inaba, has won a prestigious
gold medal in the
Computer Programming division at the
45th National Abilympics. This achievement is not just a personal victory but a historic first for the company at a national level.
The Abilympics is an annual competition aimed at showcasing the skills of individuals with disabilities, fostering their professional growth while enhancing societal understanding and promoting employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. This year’s event, held from
October 17 to 19, 2025, with competitions taking place on October 18, serves as a platform for participants to demonstrate their talents and hard work.
At
Tokyo Business Services, a special subsidiary focused on creating diverse workplaces where talents can shine, we view participation in the Abilympics as a pivotal opportunity. It not only supports the skill enhancement of our employees but also contributes to the broader acceptance and promotion of disability employment in the corporate world.
Yosuke’s journey in programming began in
junior high school, spanning over
40 years. Inaba has taken on several responsibilities within the company, including conducting internal training sessions on PC-related topics for new recruits. His dedication to continued learning and development is evident; he participated in the Abilympics for the third time this year, following a bronze medal win in the previous edition of the competition.
Inaba expressed his gratitude following his gold medal recognition, stating, “I am deeply honored to have achieved this gold medal. The support I received from many individuals both inside and outside the company played a crucial role in helping me perform at my best until the end. I will turn this achievement into confidence and continue to take on challenges with courage.”
Inaba's success has not only inspired him to continue pushing boundaries but has also invigorated his colleagues, boosting their awareness and motivation towards professional development.
The Abilympics is more than just a contest; it is a celebration of resilience and skill among individuals with disabilities. With events like these, organizations like Tokyo Business Services are committed to empowering diverse talents and creating an inclusive workforce.
The next
Abilympics will be hosted at the
