Havenpark Communities Reaches Education Milestone with 50 New Scholarships for Students

Havenpark Communities Awards Record 50 New Scholarships

Havenpark Communities, a prominent name in the manufactured home community sector, made headlines on June 23, 2026, by announcing a remarkable achievement through its Education Success Program. The program has reached a significant milestone by awarding a total of 196 scholarships since its inception in 2021. This year, they are granting 50 new scholarships aimed at supporting approximately 120 students from 26 Havenpark communities across 12 states in the U.S.

Robbie Pratt, the CEO of Havenpark, expressed the transformative impact of the program, stating, "For many students, the path to higher education is shaped not only by ambition but on whether they have the financial resources and guidance to take that next step." The core mission of the Education Success Program is to bridge the gap for residents and their families, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder educational aspirations. Pratt highlighted how the growth of the program—from just two scholarship recipients initially to nearly 120 in a single academic year—reflects the powerful potential of long-term community investment.

This year’s scholarship recipients include primarily first-generation college students, with 78% of the new awardees falling into this category. A total of $160,000 will be awarded to cover tuition and other academic expenses for these students. Overall, Havenpark will disburse $409,000 in scholarship funding for the 2026-2027 academic year, which includes continued support for previous award recipients.

Since launching in 2021, the Education Success Program has shown a commitment to facilitating educational pathways for residents pursuing college education. So far, 51 scholarship recipients have successfully graduated from their respective programs.

The scholarship has been renamed as the J. Anthony Antonelli Scholarship in honor of the company's late chairman and co-founder. Antonelli’s personal journey, characterized by facing educational barriers while growing up in a mobile home community, inspired Havenpark's dedication to fostering educational opportunities within these communities.

In addition to financial assistance, the Education Success Program offers vital resources like one-on-one mentoring and online learning tools to bolster students’ chances of academic success. Dr. Jason Hale, the director of education success at Havenpark, emphasized the program’s dual role: financial aid and reassurance to students and families. "We want each recipient to know that they belong, that their goals are within reach, and that Havenpark is proud to support them in taking their next step," said Hale.

Havenpark honored the 2026 scholarship recipients and their families during a virtual recognition event held on May 6. The scholarship awards are open to students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 and enrollment in an accredited college, community college, or vocational-Technical school in the U.S. for the 2026-2027 academic year. Applicants must either reside in a Havenpark community or have a family member living within one.

This initiative continues to underscore Havenpark Communities' commitment to education and community development, proving instrumental in providing the necessary support for students to thrive in their educational endeavors. By focusing on inclusivity and community engagement, Havenpark is not only making strides in educational funding but also fostering a sense of belonging among its residents, paving the way for future generations to succeed.
