At Satis, our vision encompasses creating a society where everyone can achieve their ideal beauty. Despite the plethora of skincare products available in the market, many specific skin concerns go unaddressed due to the niche market size. Thus, countless individuals with the desire to enhance their beauty remain unheard. As professionals in the beauty industry, we are dedicated to understanding and resolving these unique skin issues through collaboration with brands and tailored products.

The WITH BRAND Project: Making Dreams Tangible

Through the lens of our WITH BRAND Project, we recognize that Japanese women face approximately 2,800 distinct skin issues, ranging from the widely recognized to the extremely niche. Many of these niche concerns can't receive the attention they deserve because they lack the resources necessary for production. These issues, similar to small islands on a map, risk being neglected without proper initiative and understanding.

To address this disparity, our WITH BRAND Project commenced in 2020, motivated by the need to develop solutions birthed from genuine personal experiences. This initiative provides an opportunity for individuals passionate about their niche skin concerns to bring viable skincare products to market.

We empower individuals lacking funding or expertise by enabling flexible manufacturing systems, allowing for small batches and reducing financial burdens. Furthermore, our D2C Academy conducts monthly seminars, sharing essential skincare knowledge and operation strategies for budding brands. Participants can learn the entire process of product formulation, branding, and D2C sales under professional guidance, equipping them with the tools needed to succeed.

Supporting Individual Dreams for Collective Success

At our research lab and headquarters, preparations are underway to unveil our “Tree of Dreams.” Employees from various departments are encouraged to pen their aspirations about desired product developments and solutions to skin issues on cherry blossom petal cards. Together, these cards symbolize our collective ambition, growing into a beautiful display that embodies our dedication to skincare.
