ARI's Career Development Training for Teikyo University Students
On December 11, 2025, ARI Advanced Technology Corp, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, conducted its second 'Career Development Training' for students at Teikyo University’s Hachioji campus, targeting those embarking on job hunting. This initiative is part of ARI's commitment to support students by transforming the concept of job hunting into a journey of self-discovery and skill enhancement.
Objective of the Training
This workshop aims to shift the perspective from merely selecting a company to deeply understanding one's own values and future aspirations. Through this program, students are encouraged to ask themselves what skills they want to develop and how they envision their future careers. Given that ARI employs several engineers who graduated from Teikyo University, this program provides a valuable link between their academic experience and the realities of the job market.
Participants engaged in lectures discussing approaches to job hunting and company selection factors, along with interactive sessions designed to help them articulate their values and the meaning of work. Throughout the workshop, emphasis was placed on personal agency in career planning rather than traditional corporate branding.
