Aspen Institute Hosting Its First WIN Summit

The Aspen Institute is set to host its inaugural WIN Summit on October 22, 2026, in New York City. This exclusive event will unite leaders from the private sector, investors, philanthropic organizations, and social innovators to celebrate and share groundbreaking ideas developed through the $60 million Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge.

The WIN Summit promises to be a pivotal gathering as it aims to shape the future of work. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the award-winning solutions that emerged from the WIN Challenge, which are expected to be announced earlier in October. This summit will not only recognize innovative proposals but will also serve as a platform for inspiring discussions and networking opportunities among influential figures.

Acclaimed speakers will grace the event, including Aneesh Raman, Chief Economic Opportunity Officer at Microsoft; Julie Averill, former Chief Information Officer of Lululemon; Kristen Soltis Anderson, Founding Partner of Echelon Insights; and Renee Wittemyer, Vice President of Program Strategy at Pivotal. Furthermore, Samantha Barry, the former Editor-in-Chief of Glamour, will take on the role of emcee, skillfully guiding the day's discussions and thematic activities. The WIN Challenge launches in the fall of 2025, spearheaded by Aspen Digital, with support from Pivotal, an organization co-founded by Melinda French Gates.
