NiX Group and Shoei Industries Join Forces in Indonesia
In an important development for overseas business ventures, NiX Group, based in Toyama, Japan, has successfully entered into an advisory contract with Shoei Industries, also headquartered in Toyama. This partnership aims to support the establishment of PT. Shoei Capital Indonesia (SCI), a local subsidiary in Indonesia, along with facilitating investment activities in the region.
Led by President Akira Morito from NiX JAPAN and President Wataru Yoshio from Shoei Industries, the establishment of SCI marks a significant step in enhancing investment opportunities within Indonesia. NiX Group's Indonesian subsidiary, PT. NiX Capital Indonesia (NCI), will leverage its extensive experience in overseas business development and established networks to support Shoei Industries in their Indonesian activities. This involves providing information on potential investment companies and facilitating investment contract procedures.
As a landmark investment project, SCI will initially channel resources into PT. Indo Graha Lestari, a real estate developer focusing on land development. This inaugural investment is set to be executed by June 2025, signaling the beginning of SCI's venture into Indonesia's land development sector.
NCI commits to continuing support for SCI through strategic partnerships, focusing on discovering promising investment opportunities and assisting not only in investment but also in managing and fostering growth at SCI and its investment targets.
The Economic Landscape of Indonesia
Indonesia has emerged as a promising market within the ASEAN region, demonstrating strong economic growth. NCI aims not only to further its own investment projects but also to assist Japanese businesses looking to expand overseas. By doing so, NCI seeks to enhance its corporate value alongside those of its partners, contributing to the development of the Indonesian economy.
