Summer Cooking Class Featuring Goya
Kenko Mayo Co., Ltd., located in Suginami, Tokyo, is thrilled to announce the opening of registrations for our culinary class, 'Kitchen Space 831'. This July, we will host a special lesson focused on the versatile summer vegetable, Goya (bitter melon), which is not only nutritious but also delicious when prepared correctly.
Class Details
This unique class, 'Enjoying Goya in Summer', will be conducted in both in-person and online formats, making it accessible for everyone. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare three delightful dishes using a whole Goya: Sushi Burrito with Goya Champuru, Tropical Goya and Pineapple Marinade, and Simmered Goya. You'll learn various prepping techniques, tips to mellow the bitter flavor, and ways to elevate the taste of these dishes.

What to Bring
