If you're looking for a refreshing escape this summer, head over to the Kichijoji Excel Hotel's Lounge & Dining SORAE. From July 1st to August 26th, every Wednesday evening, indulge in a unique dessert buffet exclusively featuring two of summer's star fruits: peaches and mangoes.

The SORAE Sweets Buffet is a debut initiative that celebrates the juicy sweetness and luscious textures of peaches alongside the aromatic richness of mangoes. This buffet aims to highlight the individual characteristics of these fruits through a range of creatively crafted desserts.
Among the impressive lineup, guests can relish the fluffy peach and mango shortcakes, which balance the subtle sweetness of cream with the vibrant flavor of the fruits. Additionally, try the scrumptious peach and mango pies, presented with crunchy pastry that complements the creamy custard and the fruits' essence in every bite.
Other offerings include refreshing mousse tarts—each boasting a delightful sweet-tart flavor perfect for summer. The peach mousse tart and mango mousse tart are crafted to let the natural sweetness of the fruits shine through, inviting guests to indulge fully in summer's bounty.
A Feast for the Senses
With an aim to provide a visual feast alongside a culinary one, the buffet also features an array of exquisite glass desserts. Highlights include a peach and Earl Grey jelly parfait layered with peach confit, presenting a harmonious blend of tea's calming aroma and the soft sweetness of peach.
Mango lovers can delight in treats such as mango pudding and mango jelly, allowing the lusciousness of the fruit to take center stage.
