Insights into Cancer and Financial Struggles: A 2025 Survey by LifeNet Insurance
LifeNet Insurance Company recently conducted a comprehensive survey focused on cancer survivors, in partnership with the non-profit organization Cancer Network Japan. This survey engaged 719 individuals who were working at the time of their cancer diagnosis, aiming to explore the financial implications of their cancer experiences, including changes in income, economic hardships, and the utilization of insurance. This marks the third iteration of the survey, following similar studies in 2017 and 2020.
