Instructor Information


Shogo Yamada, President of Tsuji-Hongo FAS
Shogo Yamada is a certified tax accountant who, after graduating from university, engaged in individual asset management at a foreign financial institution. He later joined Tsuji-Hongo Business Consulting, coming from a tax corporation focused on the medical field. With experience in due diligence (DD), valuation activities, and serving as a tax advisor for large corporations, he became president of Tsuji-Hongo FAS in October 2023. He particularly focuses on DD and valuation, as well as post-M&A tasks such as purchase price allocation (PPA) and post-merger integration (PMI).
