Transguard Group Selects Invixium for Workforce Management Automation
In a significant stride towards modernizing its operational processes, Transguard Group, a notable subsidiary of Emirates Group, has chosen Invixium, a global leader in biometric access control, workforce and visitor management, to enhance its workforce management automation. This decision comes as part of Transguard's commitment to improving efficiency and monitoring attendance for its large workforce.
Recently, Transguard initiated the deployment of over 400 IXM TITAN biometric devices across various sites in the United Arab Emirates, aiming to accurately track the working hours and attendance of approximately 65,000 contract workers. The implementation of these devices is particularly crucial for the ongoing project at Expo City Dubai, highlighting Transguard's expansive operations in the region.
Invixium's IXM TITAN is renowned for its robust and user-friendly biometric technology, which ensures that Transguard can efficiently monitor payroll and attendance. This system not only tracks employees in real-time but also integrates seamlessly with Invixium’s comprehensive software platform, IXM WEB, creating an all-in-one solution for personnel management. With capabilities ranging from recruitment verification to attendance tracking and audit trails, Transguard is set to streamline its human resource operations.
Tim Mundell, Security Director at Transguard Group, expressed his satisfaction with the new system, remarking on the invaluable support the TITAN devices have provided in fulfilling their biometric attendance management needs. He noted that working closely with Invixium’s leadership enabled the development of an automated workforce management solution that enhances administrative efficiency, employee retention, and significantly reduces instances of time theft through comprehensive audit trails.
“Implementing TITAN is a key component of our digital transformation strategy,” Mundell added. The capabilities possessed by the TITAN devices were instrumental in Transguard's decision, particularly their speed, precision, and ability to withstand challenging environmental conditions, like those found on construction sites.
In addition to tracking work shifts, the IXM TITAN system will also facilitate Transguard's meal management system, optimizing labor allocation and ensuring accuracy in attendance records during shift changes. The cellular connectivity will guarantee uninterrupted operations, achieving a 100% availability rate that is crucial for a large workforce.
Shiraz Kapadia, CEO of Invixium, shared his enthusiasm regarding this strategic partnership, acknowledging the scale of the project and the significant time and cost savings generated for Transguard Group. He expressed pride in being part of a collaboration that enhances operational efficiency, stating, “We are extremely pleased that our partnership has led to improvements in Transguard's operational effectiveness and has provided long-lasting benefits for the company.”
The transition to a more automated personnel management system will not only streamline processes for Transguard Group but also reinforce its commitment to technological advancement and operational excellence within the competitive landscape of the UAE job market. As Transguard continues to innovate, the adoption of biometric solutions marks a crucial step towards strategic workforce management, ultimately supporting the company’s long-term vision for growth and sustainability.
