The event will showcase Shuhei Nomura, the owner and bartender of the experimental bar "Certain Bar" based in Kitakyushu.

During this exclusive evening, attendees will be treated to four unique original cocktails crafted with "iichiko 彩天," a premium Japanese shochu. The focus on spices at THE GREY ROOM will beautifully intertwine with the rich tradition of Japanese spirits, promising a night full of unique flavors and experiences.

Shuhei Nomura adopts a fieldwork approach, interpreting the essence of the land, seasons, and local culture to create truly unique drinks.
