New Certification Program Launched by Japan Talent Dynamics Association for Corporate Talent Management

Japan Talent Dynamics Association Unveils New Certification Program

The Japan Talent Dynamics Association (JTDA), a pioneer in promoting talent management through corporate training and consulting, has recently announced the launch of its new certification program, aimed at companies excelling in Talent Management practices. This initiative introduces two key certification categories: the "Talent Management Promoting Organization" and "Official Partner" certifications.

1. Talent Management Promoting Organization Certification

(1) Overview of the Program

The Talent Management Promoting Organization certification is designed to identify and highlight corporations—both large and small—that implement the Talent Management approach effectively. By showcasing these organizations, the program aims to enhance their visibility within the industry and society, enabling them to receive recognition for their valuable contributions to human capital management.

Upon receiving this certification, organizations will gain access to several benefits, including the right to use the "Talent Management Promoting Organization" logo on their websites, brochures, and business cards. Additionally, the certified organizations will be featured on the JTDA’s official website, further enhancing their credibility.

(2) Certification Criteria and Application Process

To qualify for the Talent Management Promoting Organization certification, companies must meet the following criteria:
  • - At least half of their employees, or a minimum of 100 employees, must have participated in Talent Dynamics assessment tests (Talent Profile Assessment and Talent Spectrum Assessment) and corporate training.
  • - The organization must have undergone Talent Dynamics consulting or training for over a year, or have an internal certified Talent Dynamics consultant or counselor.

Interested organizations should submit their application through the dedicated form available on the JTDA website, after which they will undergo a rigorous evaluation process before receiving their certification.

2. Official Partner Certification

(1) Overview of the Program

The Official Partner certification program is tailored for organizations that resonate with JTDA's motto, "Work is Super Fun for Everyone!" By partnering with such companies that aim to solve societal issues collaboratively, this program promotes the growth of Talent Management practices and joint business development.

Organizations that achieve the Official Partner certification will benefit similarly by utilizing the "Official Partner of the Japan Talent Dynamics Association" logo in their promotional materials, as well as being showcased on the JTDA website.

To be certified as an Official Partner, organizations must satisfy the following conditions:
  • - They must use Talent Management as a significant method in their primary business activities.
  • - They need to have at least one certified Talent Dynamics consultant on staff.

The application process mirrors that of the Talent Management Promoting Organization, requiring submission via the JTDA website’s dedicated form. Notably, certification as an Official Partner entails a contractual commitment and an annual fee.
