On May 10, 2025, the equestrian grounds of Baji Koen in Setagaya will transform into a vibrant hub for meat lovers. Following the success of last year's Setagaya Craft Beer Festival, the local magazine Setagaya Life, published by EDITORS Inc., is proud to host the second edition of its popular festival, themed around everyone's favorite culinary delight – meat.

Celebrating Setagaya's Rich Culinary Scene

For 23 years, Setagaya Life has been dedicated to showcasing the charm of Setagaya. The editorial team, passionate about promoting their community, launched last year's event as a platform to celebrate local flavors and foster community spirit. The overwhelming support received for the Craft Beer Festival encouraged the team to introduce a new event focusing on meat dishes that highlight the area's culinary excellence.

This year's festival will bring together various renowned restaurants from Setagaya, offering a diverse range of meat dishes. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to vote for their favorite meat dish through the Setagaya Best Aile Meat award, contributing to the ultimate decision on the festival's best offerings.

How to Participate in the 'Support System'

The Setagaya Best Aile Meat will be determined by public support (voting) both ahead of and during the event. Votes can be cast on a dedicated website before the festival and in-person on the event day. If you have a favorite meat dish to support, make sure to cast your vote!
