The 2026 GINZA Festival is set to take place from February 6th (Friday) to February 8th (Sunday) at the Tokyo Transportation Hall in Yurakucho, just a stone's throw away from the JR Yurakucho Station. This annual event, organized by the Japan Postal Stamp Trade Cooperative, is a must-visit for stamp and coin enthusiasts, offering a unique opportunity to buy, sell, and trade a vast array of collectibles.

What to Expect at the Festival


At this year's festival, 25 specialized stamp and coin shops from across Japan will showcase their collections. Attendees can look forward to a range of items from highly sought-after unique pieces to trending collectibles and foreign stamps. The event offers a mix of rare finds and quality merchandise, making it an exciting outing for both novice collectors and seasoned experts.

One highlight of the festival is the availability of special items with certification. For instance, attendees can purchase the “Mikaeri Bijin Sheet” at a premium price of 70,000 yen (tax included), which comes with a certification of authenticity from the Japan Postal Stamp Trade Cooperative. Additionally, a coin called the “Bunsei Shobban” is available for 240,000 yen (tax included), also with certified quality assurance.
