Both companies have pledged to provide free data recovery services, including diagnostic and estimate costs, for individuals residing in the areas affected by the disaster. Applications for the service can be made through our respective websites, regardless of whether the products are exclusively from our companies.

To apply, please include the disaster name “Heavy Rains from September 12, 2023” in the application notes or contact sections. Note that both Buffalo and Advance Design are cooperating to ensure that residents receive this valuable support free of charge.
