DXC Technology Launches Client Experience Centre in the Philippines

DXC Technology, a prominent player in global technology services, has officially opened its first Client Experience Centre in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As part of its strategic vision to enhance collaboration and accelerate artificial intelligence (AI) innovation, this new facility is designed to empower customers and partners alike.

The Centre is strategically located within DXC’s Global Delivery Centre, which supports an extensive workforce of around 7,000 employees in the Philippines. The new workspace aims to enhance customer engagement and collaboration, ultimately fostering the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. It provides an environment where customers are encouraged to co-create solutions that support mission-critical services, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity needs.

With the ongoing global shift towards AI adoption, DXC is leveraging its AI-first approach, including the recent introduction of its Xponential initiative, which serves as an orchestration blueprint for AI applications. Notably, the branch features an AI Incubation Hub dedicated to the innovation and deployment of solutions that combine AI with traditional enterprise technology services. In addition, it houses a 24/7 AI-first Security Operations Centre. This hub plays a crucial role in monitoring, detecting, and managing security threats for DXC's international clientele.

The Philippines Global Delivery Centre has established its role as DXC's SAP Centre of Excellence, where it hosts a significant concentration of SAP expertise. Currently, over 1,800 SAP consultants operate from this location, serving an impressive portfolio of more than 350 enterprise clients worldwide.

In a commendable move to give back to the community, DXC Technology partnered with Baby and Moms PH, donating refurbished laptops to industrial high school students at the Industrial Valley Complex in Marikina City. This initiative is part of the DXC Digital Futures Program, aimed at enhancing students' access to technology and educational resources, ultimately empowering them for future employment opportunities.

Jack Madrid, President and CEO of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines, praised the continuous development of DXC’s team in the country.
