A Grand Celebration in the Skies: Oolong C Drink's 60th Anniversary
Oolong C Drink, a popular carbonated nutritional beverage presented by Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company, is set to celebrate its 60th anniversary in a spectacular fashion. The special project, titled
"Energetic Chorus in the Sky!", will consist of a participatory drone show featuring a staggering
1,300 drones.
RedCliff, Inc., is in charge of the planning and execution of this unique event, promising a mesmerizing night filled with music and visual artistry.
Scheduled to kick off on
July 19th, 2025, during the
Abe River Fireworks Festival in Shizuoka, Japan, this exceptional event will also take place in
Otaru, Hokkaido and
Yatsushiro, Kumamoto later in July and October, respectively. Each performance is aimed at delivering Oolong C's message of positivity, drawing crowds eager to join in this extraordinary experience.
The Concept Behind the Show
The event is inspired by Oolong C's slogan,
"Energetic!", which embodies the desire to spread positivity and excitement throughout Japan. Throughout the performance, attendees will witness drones illuminating the night sky with musical notes and lyrics of the famous song
"Ai wa Katsu" by renowned singer-songwriter KAN. As drones display a musical score above, crowds will be invited to sing along, creating a harmonious blend of song and light.
RedCliff is committed to delivering a
"Resonance Experience"—an immersive environment where space and audience merge as one. By combining cutting-edge drone technology with captivating performances, the team aims to evoke emotions and leave lasting memories for everyone involved.
A Stunning Visual Experience
One of the highlights of this drone show will be the introduction of the
largest Oolong C Drink ever depicted in the sky, measuring approximately
225 meters in height and 65 meters in width. This colossal sight aims to intensify the atmosphere, captivating audiences with its overwhelming scale and creativity.
Moreover, Oolong C will set up booths across each venue, where the first
10,000 attendees will receive complimentary Oolong C drinks and exclusive hand fans, granting them a closer connection to the brand while enjoying the spectacular show.
