A New Hub for Music and Culture: Introducing 'higher.'
In the vibrant area of Yoyogi Uehara, Tokyo, a unique café is set to open on June 26, 2026, operated by LIFESOUND, INC. While it may go by the name 'higher.', categorizing it solely as a café would not do justice to its multifaceted nature. This upcoming establishment will serve as a creative hub where food, music, space, and media converge, presenting an immersive experience supported by specialty coffee and health-conscious foods.
Located on the first floor of OPRCT (Oprekt), a complex that houses a filming studio, event space, live venue, and music label, higher. promises to offer a new listening experience emanating from Tokyo. The sound experience within this unique space comes through a collaboration with SWEET SOUL RECORDS, an independent label renowned for introducing up-and-coming artists in genres such as soul, R&B, jazz, and hip-hop. The auditory landscape has been crafted to resonate personally with its visitors, showcasing timeless and engaging music.
