Luruto Pilates Studios: Expanding Horizons
In a bold move to enhance health and wellness offerings, Rigaku Body Co., headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, announces the impending launch of
seven new Luruto Pilates studios scheduled to open in May 2025. With a vision to make specialized Pilates accessible nationwide, the company employs expert physiotherapists to guide its unique apparatus Pilates sessions.
New Studio Locations
The new studios will be strategically located across several prefectures:
- - Tokyo: Kunitachi, Yoga, and Nishikasai
- - Aichi: Toyohashi
- - Kyoto: Karasuma-Oike
- - Ishikawa: Komatsu
- - Iwate: Morioka (second location)
With these additions, Luruto will surpass
70 total locations, both domestically and internationally. The brand began its journey last year with the opening of the Ebisu studio and quickly gained traction, expanding into regional centers beyond urban areas and making a significant mark across the country. On the international front, Luruto has extended its reach with three studios in Singapore and individual ones in Jakarta, Australia, and Malaysia.
Personalized Approach to Pilates
What sets Luruto apart is its
personalized approach to fitness. Each session is tailored to individual needs, ensuring that every participant can work towards their goals, whether it is improving posture, enhancing flexibility, or building strength. The core concept of Luruto focuses on changing the body effectively – “
Lu” for change and “
Route” for the pathway to wellness.
Luruto's three-month program promises visible results. This customized regimen promotes noticeable changes by matching routines to clients’ specific conditions and aims. With a focus on
anatomically informed practices, clients can expect to build a healthy physique within a limited time frame.
