Jay Preston is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience, boasting over 20 years in leadership positions within private equity-backed technology companies. His proven record of scaling businesses and steering revenue growth is particularly compelling, as he steps into his new role to help guide SDI's strategic initiatives across the IT services and digital transformation sectors.

Prior to his new role at SDI, Preston held the position of Chief Executive Officer at CONNEQ, a technology solutions spinoff from Astreya. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in leading market entry efforts and developing robust platforms that positioned the company for success. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery at Astreya, where he spearheaded global service operations, significantly boosted revenue, and integrated advanced AI-driven solutions into enterprise services. His vast expertise is further highlighted by his leadership roles at Milestone Technologies, Cisco, and CIENA, where he successfully attracted major enterprise clients and improved operational efficiency.

Capital. He also received the prestigious Chairman's Club Award from Cisco for his exceptional leadership in enterprise sales.
