In an exciting collaboration, Pokémon Company, renowned for its sleep tracking mobile application, Pokémon Sleep, has joined forces with Japan's top sauna search platform, Sauna Ikitai, to promote wellness through the soothing practices of sauna bathing. This initiative culminates in the opening of the Soka Sleep Health Center, an event designed to deepen the understanding of the connection between sauna activities and improved sleep quality.

A Celebratory Occasion for Pokémon Sleep

Marking the second anniversary of Pokémon Sleep since its release on July 20, 2025, this collaboration highlights the company’s continuous commitment to enhancing sleep health through engaging, gamified experiences. Users are encouraged to focus on their sleep quality while enjoying their sauna experience. This event showcases the latest findings from a research project called “Sa to Su,” which explored how sauna practices influence sleep.

Starting from August 19 to September 18, sauna enthusiasts teamed up with Pokémon Sleep to gather data including questionnaires, posts detailing their sauna experiences (known as 'Saka'), and sleep measurement data through the Pokémon Sleep app. The findings from this research will be officially unveiled on November 26, cleverly coinciding with the “Good Bath Day” celebrations.

Key Details of the Event

The Soka Sleep Health Center will be hosted at the popular Yu-no-Sen Soka Health Center located in Soka, Saitama Prefecture. The event will kick off on November 26, 2025, concluding on December 17. This collaboration aims to provide participants with an immersive experience that supports comfortable, restorative sleep.

The sauna facilities will be particularly transformed for this initiative, featuring immersive Pokémon themes throughout the premises, including the bathing areas and sauna rooms. Attendees can expect aromatic relux sessions inspired by the Pokémon Sleep environments, featuring scents from the fictional “Wakakusa Island” and “Cyan Beach.”

Engaging Promotions and Activities

Visitors can engage with multiple fun activities during the event. By showing the Pokémon Sleep app screen at the reception, guests will receive unique “Sa to Su” stickers. Similarly, presenting the Sauna Ikitai app screen will earn them special stickers from this platform. It’s an exciting time to center wellness around these beloved brands.
