The anniversary celebration kicks off on March 29, 2025, and runs until March 31, 2026. This year-long campaign will culminate in a grand finale featuring multiple events, including a much-anticipated Strawberry Festival from February 21 to 23, 2026. Promising a delightful array of fresh strawberries sourced from local farms, the event will expand with more vendor participation and a variety of family-friendly activities such as food truck sweets, workshops suitable for parents and children, and face painting sessions.

In addition to the Strawberry Festival, Tamaplaza Terrace will also welcome the Select Bakery event for the first time on March 28 and 29, 2026. This popular showcase, which previously attracted around 30,000 visitors at Futako Tamagawa Rise, will bring together renowned bakeries from across the country for a unique two-day experience.

Simultaneously, the Terrace Kitchen food court will undergo a transformation to provide a more comfortable dining atmosphere, revising furniture and enhancing layout to accommodate more guests. Fashion enthusiasts will also be delighted with new store openings, including Lacoste and Bimming Life Store by Beams, which will evolve into Beams Heart, marking a refreshing change in offerings across various lifestyle categories.
