Our Journey
Over the past four years, Yamashita Honki Udon has successfully earned the hearts of his patrons. Yamashita Honki Udon was established in 2012 by Interviewman Yamashita near Meguro Station, and it quickly gained recognition for its dedication and passion for creating perfect udon dishes. After securing a licensing agreement in June 2017, the brand underwent a transformation into a proprietary label managed by
Garden Co., Ltd. It has since expanded to 23 locations nationwide, showing a steady growth pattern and promising further expansion in the future.
