Buckingham Expands Health & Medicine Practice Group in Cleveland
Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC has proudly announced the recent addition of three new associates to its Health & Medicine Practice Group, enhancing its ability to support healthcare organizations and professionals in navigating the increasingly complex legal landscape. The new associates, Marina Mlinac, John Durkin, and Riley Hardacre, bring a wealth of experience and commitment, poised to uplift Buckingham's offerings in Cleveland.
Introducing the New Associates
Marina Mlinac
Marina Mlinac joins the dedicated team with a strong foundation in healthcare regulations and compliance. After earning her law degree from Cleveland State University College of Law, where she received multiple CALI Awards and served as a legal research assistant, she effectively merges her legal expertise with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. This blend allows her to tackle scientific and technical issues in healthcare law with a nuanced understanding. Marina also possesses valuable experience from her time working with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office and engaging in significant research projects involving intellectual property and federal courts.
John Durkin
John Durkin, another key addition to the team, focuses on aiding clients through the maze of regulatory compliance and legal risk management in the evolving healthcare sector. Like Marina, he is also an alumnus of Cleveland State University College of Law, where he concentrated on International and Comparative Law. His practical experience is extensive, having held roles in the General Counsel's Office of University Hospitals and various Northeast Ohio firms. John's insights and hands-on experience make him a vital asset to the Buckingham team.
Riley Hardacre
Completing the trio is Riley Hardacre, who closely collaborates with the Health & Medicine team to defend a range of healthcare professionals, including hospitals, nursing homes, and physicians, in litigation related to medical care delivery. A Cleveland State University College of Law graduate, Riley's educational background is reinforced with a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University. His dedication to providing strategic, client-focused representation aligns perfectly with Buckingham's mission to support healthcare providers effectively.
Communications from Leadership
Dirk Riemenschneider, the leader of Buckingham's Health & Medicine Practice Group, expressed enthusiasm about the new additions, stating, "We are excited to welcome Marina, John, and Riley to Buckingham. Each of them brings unique strengths and fresh perspectives that will enhance our ability to serve clients and strengthen our team. We look forward to the contributions they'll make as they grow with our firm."
