Organized by Culture Convenience Club (CCC) and food editor and producer Emiko Yashiro, the festival emphasizes a deep appreciation for bread, bringing a variety of baking specialists all in one place. This year will introduce additional exciting features, such as the "Children's Bread Marche," where kids can directly participate in the bread shopping experience.

The Essence of Select Bakery

The concept behind Select Bakery goes beyond merely providing delicious bread; it aims to create a community platform centered around bread culture. Since its inception, the event has involved ongoing engagement with the audience through monthly Instagram Live sessions, social media campaigns, and workshops at the Futako Tamagawa Tsutaya Electrics. Visitors will discover various ways to experience and enjoy bread, all while connecting with other food lovers and the artisans behind the products.

At the 2026 edition, attendees can look forward to unique, event-only exclusive breads developed in collaboration with Emiko Yashiro and the featured bakeries. Additionally, the children's shopping experience allows kids to choose their favorite breads with their own bread coupons.
