Throughout his career, Strother has demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage large-scale teams and coordinate extensive projects, particularly within the educational sector across the western United States. His journey includes managing K-12 school campuses, athletic fields, and special education facilities, alongside commercial buildings and public-private partnerships.
