New Lemon Cream Pasta in Japan

Starting April 23, 2025, and available for a limited time, Easton Co., a restaurant company based in Sapporo, Japan, will unveil its newest dish: "Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken and Asparagus" made with fresh Hokkaido wheat pasta. This delightful dish combines the refreshing scent of lemon with the unique texture of the pasta, providing a light yet satisfying meal for the warmer months ahead!

The anticipated dish is priced at 1,480 JPY (tax included), with a slightly higher price at the Yaesu North Exit store in Tokyo, priced at 1,580 JPY. This offering will be available until early June 2025. During the same period, the regular menu will also see some exciting updates.

Menu Refresh

Alongside the new dish, Easton will renew some of its regular offerings on April 23. The refreshed menu includes several fan favorites:

- Japanese Style Pepe - 1,080 JPY (1,180 JPY at Yaesu North Exit standout)
- Delicious Scallop Spicy Tomato Soup - 1,380 JPY (1,480 JPY at Yaesu)

Additionally, popular classics such as “Ultimate Pepetama” and “Shrimp and Corn Butter Soy Sauce” will see enhancements with more garlic flavor for a richer taste experience. The "Rich and Delicious Carbonara" will undergo a preparation twist by mixing the egg yolks during the cooking process, resulting in an even creamier texture!

Customers are encouraged to relish the delightful bite of the fresh and chewy pasta made from Hokkaido wheat and eggs, ensuring a taste of local delicacies.
