Research consistently shows that Magnet-designated hospitals tend to provide better patient outcomes—including shorter hospital stays, increased patient and nurse satisfaction, and notably lower mortality rates. These hospitals also demonstrate higher nurse retention rates, signifying a positive and supportive environment for healthcare professionals.
